4. MEDICAL AND EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER

PsicoTeddy does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide clinical care of any kind. Users explicitly acknowledge that:

• No therapeutic, medical, or professional relationship exists between the user and the platform

• Assessments provided are purely indicative and statistical

PsicoTeddy acts exclusively as a technological intermediary and DOES NOT provide rescue, intervention, emergency care, or follow-up services. Responsibility for contacting and using emergency services rests solely with the user. The platform does not guarantee:

6. AGE RESTRICTION

Access to and use of PsicoTeddy is permitted exclusively for individuals over 13 years of age, subject to the following requirements:

• Over 18: may access and use the platform autonomously.
• Between 13 and 17: may access only with the express authorization of their parent or legal guardian.
• In Spain (LOPD-GDD): the minimum age of digital consent is 14. Users aged 13 in Spain require parental consent.

b) IT IS NOT A HEALTHCARE SERVICE: PsicoTeddy is not subject to healthcare regulation. It is not part of any country's health system and is not supervised by any health authority.

c) IT IS AN EMOTIONAL WELLBEING SERVICE: PsicoTeddy is a tool for emotional support and general psychoeducation, oriented toward wellbeing, without diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical capacity.

d) GENERATIVE AI: PsicoTeddy uses generative artificial intelligence that may produce inaccurate responses. The service is configured to avoid diagnoses and clinical recommendations, but the user assumes responsibility for verifying any information with accredited professionals.
